FMC Networking provides IT support services to small businesses and individuals in various locations. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SERVICES PROVIDED
We offer a range of IT services, including but not limited to computer troubleshooting, network setup, cybersecurity solutions, software assistance, and hardware support. Services are provided on a scheduled basis during posted business hours. Availability is limited to nights and weekends.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
While we strive to resolve technical issues effectively, not all problems can be guaranteed to be fixed. We take reasonable precautions to prevent data loss or disruptions, but clients are responsible for ensuring their data is backed up before service.
PAYMENT TERMS
All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, electronic payments, and other approved methods. Clients issuing checks are responsible for any fees associated with returned or dishonored payments. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
FMC Networking is not responsible for indirect damages, including but not limited to, lost data, business interruptions, or financial losses. While we take care to handle systems properly, Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups. We provide cybersecurity solutions designed to enhance protection; however, clients remain responsible for maintaining their own security measures, including regular updates, monitoring, and compliance with best practices.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate information and grant necessary access for troubleshooting. Unauthorized modifications after service completion may void any troubleshooting support.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
CHANGES TO TERMS
FMC Networking reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. However, significant changes affecting service policies may be communicated to existing clients as needed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
